These are my evening shift team colleagues from OHSU: Bernard Nnoli, RN; Sadie Hanks, RN; and Russ Perkins, Mental Health Therapist. Michelle and Garrett were working and couldn't be in this shot for my campaign (you can tell it was staged, because psych nurses don't usually wear scrubs. Except Sadie - she likes to wear them anyway). The photo was taken outside the Emergency Room, on the public sidewalk where I walked the picket line for 56 days in the winter of 2001-2.

Nurses work hard, we focus on the goal of helping people lead happier, healthier lives, and we care for each other and try to make it so everyone feels better at the end of the day. That's the kind of team I want to build with staff inside the City bureaus, and with Portlanders in the community. Does that sound like a team you want to be on? Use the Contact Form to tell me your interests and volunteer capacity. I want your help!

I voted for you to look out for the taxpayers of Portland. Now i see where you are in support for Sam Adams. This person lied about his conduct with a 18 year old. He has been on all the top cable news shows making Portland the laughing stock of the nation.
You made a statment that you would look out for where the tax payers money is going. Sam Adams has lawyered up with a lawyer who charges $400.00 an hour. Since he is not stepping down he is using the money that we could use for the schools to get him out of the problem he has gotten himself into.
