Tom Bizeau, Chief of Staff emeritus 503-823-3990


TomTom Bizeau, Chief of Staff emeritus, has close to 30 years' experience in government service in Oregon, including City, County, and Regional Planning.  Tom is a graduate of Marylhurst College with a B.A. in Human Studies, and of Portland State University with a Master of Urban Planning.   In the 1990s, for seven years he was an associate and senior planner in the City of Portland.  He then managed transportation and water resource planning grants for the Rogue Valley Council of Governments.  He was Assistant Planning Manager for Jackson County in Medford, and also worked as a planner in Salem.    Tom has been Amanda's lead on Protected Sick Leave, land use cases, and other priority policy issues. He continues to serve Amanda's team and the people of Portland on a part-time basis, having earned honorable retirement status as of 9/14.
