Diana Bartlett, Earned Sick Time Program Specialist, 503-823-3994

Diana Bartlett graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Social Policy, and earned her Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan. She has previously worked as a program administrator for the nonprofit SOLVE in Oregon and as an organizer for Planned Parenthood in Michigan. She first became involved in the efforts to bring Sick Leave to Portland as a volunteer with Family Forward Oregon. Diana is interested in health equity and economic policy, with a particular interest in policies that address poverty among women & children. Diana spends much of her free time chasing around her two young children, and exploring Portland’s amazing parks. Diana is currently working in the office three days a week in support of Protected Sick Leave. She will be happy to connect you with any and all of the resources the City has developed to assist with Protected Sick Leave implementation.
