1,000 Gardens for 1,000 New Gardeners! 

Together with dozens of community leaders, the 1,000 Gardens Initiative has doubled our stock of community garden plots in just three years.  

With the opening of two final gardens in November (Mt. Tabor and Helensview Community Gardens), we will reach our Climate Action goal of "developing, or facilitating the development of, 1,000 new garden plots by the end of 2012."  

Congratulations to the entire team and all our community partners who helped us achieve this important goal!
