The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) has released our Fall 2012 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).

Each fall, PHB releases a competitive application for funding the development of affordable homes to serve low-income families in our community. This year, $26 million is available to organizations that serve Portlanders.

NOFA applicants are required to attend a mandatory meeting at the Housing Bureau on Thursday, November 29, and proposals must be submitted by January 7, 2013.

Scoring criteria for applications align with our values and goals - including equity, stewardship, transparency, and innovation.
