Great news for first-time homebuyers in the metro area!

After a long journey of exploration, and a vote by Clackamas Community Land Trust (CCLT) members, our community partner, Proud Ground and the CCLT have made the decision to integrate their operations.

Proud Ground will now serve low-income, first-time home buyers in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties with affordable home buying opportunities and housing development services.

Proud Ground will remain based in Portland, with home buyer education and counseling services dispersed throughout the region in local offices.

The two organizations believe that this step forward will ensure greater stability, more efficient and effective services, and provide a constant organization to serve first-time homebuyers in the Portland Metro area.
