This morning, Nick was honored to present the Portland Timbers with a proclamation on behalf of the City of Portland in appreciation of the Timbers' work to organize Stand Together Week, a community service campaign which will begin next Monday, October 8, and run through the following Sunday, October 14.

Starting next week, over 1,000 volunteers - including Timbers players, the Timbers Army, coaches, ambassadors, staff, and community members - will stand together for a week of service to our community. The events, which will take place across the Portland metro area, include home building, improving local gardens, local park restoration, ivy removal, painting schools, and much more.
