Great news for homebuyers! A coalition of Oregon housing agencies has developed a website where homebuyers can go online to learn more about the buying process.

HomeSmartOregon.org helps connect homebuyers with the assistance and tools they need to make decisions about owning a home.  The website was launched to promote homeownership in Oregon and reduce future foreclosure rates by working to help buyers make informed and unbiased decisions about homeownership.

Our community partner, the Portland Housing Center, is part of the Home Smart Oregon coalition, helping to put you on the path to successful homeownership.

The City partners with a number of community partners to offer opportunities for first-time homebuyers.  More information is available online.
