Friends of Portland Community Gardens (FPCG) is a non profit organization, driven entirely by volunteers, whose mission is to support community gardening opportunities for all Portland-area residents to grow healthy food and build community.

FPCG provides crucial support to Portland Parks & Recreation community gardens, and has recently expanded their mission to serve non-Parks & Rec gardens throughout the Portland metro-area.

They are seeking passionate, positive individuals to join their Board of Directors. Folks with a background in the following are encouraged to apply:

• Facebook/social media management
• newsletter creation
• membership outreach/ management
• relationship building with local businesses/supporters
• grant writing and fundraiser
