Join Portland Parks and Recreation this Sunday for the first 5K Fun Run of the season!

Portland Parks and Recreation is teaming with Foot Traffic to host a series of 5K runs this summer at parks around the city. The first 5K run begins at 9 am this Sunday at Columbia Park.

Runners will be given timing bibs for the event, and are invited to stay and enjoy music, prize drawings, a rock climbing wall, and other family activities.

Best of all, the run only costs $5 for runners ages 18 and up! Youth ages 17 & under run free. Kids 8 & under are invited to run in their own free 1K Fun Run.
