Join the City of Portland and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to celebrate International Migratory Bird Day this Saturday at Sellwood Park.

This is a free festival for the whole family to enjoy and learn about the importance of Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge and other natural areas for migrating birds.  Birds use these refuges to rest and refuel during their migration.  

Festival-goers will also get to learn more about our local birds and take a walk in the City’s first designated Migratory Bird Park!  There will also be a raffle for prizes at the end of the event.

Sellwood Park - SE 7th Avenue & Miller Street

Free guided Bird Walks: 9 am - 2 pm, led by local naturalists.

An "Early Bird Walk" is also available at 7:30 am – registration required at 503-823-2525.
