The Rose City Park Neighborhood Association and Portland Community Gardens host the final work party before the grand opening of the Frazer Community Garden on April 28th! Come out to plant perimeter beds, complete pathways, and ready the tool shed. Snacks will be provided (Burgerville-yumm!).
