Great news for Portland homeowners!

This Saturday, December 3, at the Oregon Convention Center, representative from different mortgage lenders and U.S department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) counselors will be on site to assist homeowners struggling with their monthly mortgage payments.

The event will offer homeowners a unique opportunity to meet directly with their financial institution and/or a HUD-approved housing counselor to find alternatives to foreclosure.  

The event is hosted by NeighborWorks America and several local, non-profit partners and government agencies as a part of Obama administration's Making Home Affordable program.
