Commissioner Fish and the Portland City Council were very proud to welcome Megan Rapinoe and Stephanie Cox, members of the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team and former University of Portland Pilots, to City Hall this morning.

The Council proclaimed an official Day of Recognition for the U.S. Women, who are in town this week for a public practice session and an exhibition match against the Canadian Women's National Team.
