An E205 milestone! - August 22, 2011

We hope you can join us this Thursday, August 25, for a special celebration at Parklane Park.

As part of the Parklane Neighborhood Fair, we're excited to celebrate the first project in our E205 initiative to bring park amenities to East Portland.

$100,000 in City funding brought new playground equipment to Parklane, one of the first inspirations for the E025 initiative, and we can't wait to unveil it for community members to use.

Activities at the Fair include a soccer clinic, skateboarding, arts & crafts, face painting, a bike skills course, food vendors, live music, a rock climbing wall, and more!

Commissioner Fish will dedicate the new equipment, and Mayor Adams and Commissioner Fritz will be there as well.

The celebration wraps up at dusk with a free showing of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse as part of our Movies in the Park program.

The fun starts at 4:00 at SE 155th and Main - we'll see you there!
