Parks welcomes new Ranger Bob McCoy - March 18, 2011

Last Summer Commissioner Fish announced five management initiatives to address the ecological and recreational concerns in Portland’s largest natural area. The list included hiring a new Park Ranger focused on outreach and enforcement in Forest Park.
