Each year, Hands on Greater Portland and the Trail Blazers present the Heart of the Community Awards, celebrating volunteerism and honoring the outstanding volunteer and volunteer programs that are the heart of our community.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the celebration and of the partnership between Hands on Greater Portland and the Trail Blazers.
