Items up for bid include doughnuts for a year from Voodoo Doughnut; tickets to Portland Center Stage, White Bird Dance, and LiveWire! Radio; Red Slate wine tastings; and Mushroom Hunting and Dinner for Two with Chef Matthew Lightner, one of the country's Best New Chefs 2010. (We expect one item in

particular to be a hot ticket - Coffee with Commissioner Fish!) 

PDX Bridge Festival will highlight our extraordinary Willamette River bridges with a series of educational, artistic, and cultural events in late July and early August of this year. The festival will become an annual event celebrating our bridges while fostering Portland's creative communities and bringing people together "in a spirit of civic pride, aesthetic wonder, and community engagement."

Nick will be on hand to speak about "Brunch on the Bridge," one of the final PDX Bridge Festival events. "Brunch on the Bridge" will transform the Hawthorne Bridge into a park with over 30,000 square feet of turf, making it the perfect site for brunch! Attendees for the brunch will be randomly selected from those who purchase PDX Bridge Festival bumper stickers and register their names online.
