Holiday and Rose Festival Street and Sidewalk Use Restrictions

Outlines restrictions in Portland's core area (in and around downtown area) during the holiday season (from the Friday prior to Thanksgiving until January 2nd) and the Rose Festival (the first two weeks of June).
