As of May 2010, the Commission has four standing sub-committees. Those sub-committees are:

  • Public Outreach and Awareness
  • Livability and Wellness
  • Employment
  • Accessibility in the Built Environment

The following ad-hoc sub-committees have also been established:

  • Selection (to process applications for open positions)
  • Bylaws  (to work on revising the Bylaws)
  • Written and Electronic Accessibility Guidelines

City Bureau Liaisons requested the following ad-hoc sub-committees which were created:

  • ADA Transition Plan
  • 122nd Avenue Project
