Amy works on an array of issues for Commissioner Saltzman, including environmental sustainability, education, and helping combat human trafficking. Amy acts as liaison to the Bureau of Environmental Services.

Amy left Portland for the bitter cold of Northfield, MN, where, in exchange, she received a BA in sociology and anthropology from Carleton College. She minored in educational studies and also received a certificate of French language mastery though that mastery is deteriorating daily.
