R. Lyne Martin brings with her 16 years of government experience. Lyne has worked for former County Chair Gladys McCoy, Beverly Stein and County Commissioner Maria Rojo de Steffey. Lyne's daily task of keeping Commissioner Saltzman on time and on schedule can be anything but smooth, but she does so with ease, confidence and a sense of humor.

Lyne created the "Schedulers Luncheon" which has schedulers from the City/County and the Metro area businesses meet and get acquainted with one another. "Our jobs are so similar, I felt to get my job done effectively, I needed to have a relationship with these professional co-workers. The luncheon puts a face with the voice we tend to hear over the phone many times a day. Also, it gets us from eating at our desk as we so often do."

Lyne enjoys reading, traveling and cooking for family and friends.
