Brendan Finn
Chief of Staff

Brendan is Chief of Staff and Executive to Portland City Commissioner Dan Saltzman. As the Commissioner’s Chief, Brendan is lead advisor on issues before city council and assists in the management of the city bureaus in the Commissioner’s portfolio as well as the Commissioner’s staff. He functions as liaison to businesses, community organizations as well as the Portland Development Commission. Previous to this position, Brendan also served as a Bureau Liaison and Sustainable Development Policy Director for Commissioner Saltzman.

Brendan has a BS in Business Administration from State University of New York (SUNY) College at Buffalo, and holds a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University.
