Notice of Public Hearing
December 10, 2009
On December 10, 2009 at 9:30 am staff will be conducting a Hearing on proposed Administrative Rules pursuant to staff’s existing jurisdiction and responsibilities as set forth in City Code Chapters 3.114, 7.12, and 7.14. The Rules are designed to:
- Clarify the applicability of Chapter 7.14 to wireline telephone providers operating in the City;
- Propose standard cover report forms for regular fee and tax payments; and
- Provide for a Settlement Report to be included with financial settlements filed by staff for review by the City Council.
