Site and Design, Energy, water, materials, infoor air quality, maintenance and operations, green and energy efficient mortgages, the greening of MLS, Green Appraisal standards, Marketing and Branding green, tips on greening your business. The class will leave atendees with the Green Lending Specialist designation which will give attendees access to and credibility with thousands of builders, remodlers, real estate professionals and architects.
