Kenton Living Building
Imagine a building that generates 100% of its electricity needs with on site renewable energy, that only uses rainwater collected on-site for all plumbing fixtures and that sends no waste water into Portland’s sewer system. These triple-net-zero aspirations describe only a few strategies that the Kenton Living Building will use to meet the Cascadia Region Living Building Challenge (LBC). As a new four-unit condo project, the Kenton Living Building will serve as a model for development that truly meets the needs of today and the future.
