New and remodel – single family + accessory dwelling units (ADUs)

A small house on a wide lot was transformed into affordable “micro-houses” and shared living space with large front garden, rainwater harvesting and ample bike storage.  This innovative project showcases cohousing, small footprint living and satellite bedrooms.
