
Salt, Fire & Time is a community-supported kitchen at 609 SE Ankeny where Tressa Yellig offers a weekly pick-up of locally-sourced prepared food, nutritional and traditional food classes. Tressa also offers Friday community feasts with a guest speaker and teams up with Abby Fammartino of Abby's Table for a monthly Saturday dinner.
Abby’s Table, also located in the community-supported kitchen, offers delicious, inventive cold-processed sauces that sustain health and a gluten- and dairy-free diet. Abby Fammartino hosts a family-style dinner on Wednesdays and also caters for health-minded events and parties.

Cider Press Day: Apples and Pears
Come celebrate the fall fruit harvest in this participatory class on basic cider making. Class will include information on basic as well as hard cider recipes. Apples and pears provided but feel free to bring your own fruit and bottles.
