Clean Energy Works Portland

Insulation contractor

Clean Energy Works Portland is a pilot program that will help up to 500 qualified Portland homes finance and install energy efficiency upgrades.

The pilot offers homeowners access to low-cost financing for energy efficiency home improvements, like new insulation or the installation of a high efficiency furnace or water heater. To help decide which upgrades and financing options make sense, participants will receive the assistance of a qualified Energy Advocate throughout the process.

Thirty homes have been selected to participate in the early phase of this pilot, which began in June and concludes at the end of August 2009.

Clean Energy Works Portland is a project of the City of Portland in collaboration with Multnomah County, Shorebank Enterprise Cascadia, Energy Trust of Oregon, NW Natural, Pacific Power, and Portland General Electric, Worksystems Inc. and Green For All.
