A simple financing solution makes Portland's homes more energy-efficient.

In 2010 Portland’s Bureau of Planning and Sustainability helped create Clean Energy Works Oregon (CEWO), a non-profit organization that makes energy efficiency upgrades affordable and easy. CEWO bundles multiple upgrades, expert contractors, and low-cost financing into a single home energy remodel.

Program Offerings

  • No-money-down financing

  • Free Home Energy Assessment (worth $500)

  • Instant rebates up to $2,200

  • Energy upgrades featuring insulation, air and duct sealing, and high efficiency space heating and hot water heating equipment

How to Participate

The application is just a few easy steps. You’ll need to tell CEWO about your house, enter your heating utility account number and answer loan application questions.

Apply now at www.CEWO.org.
