Citywide Murals

There are two ways that murals can be installed in the City:

The first is through the City's Public Art Mural Program which is administered by the Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC). Through this program, murals can gain funding and are incorporated into the City's public art.

The second way is through the Original Art Murals Permitting Program. Through this program, original art murals that meet specific criteria can receive permits for installation. You may also access the Development Services (BDS) website to get information on the Mural Permit.

Murals that do not go through either of the above programs are regulated as signs through Title 32, Signs and Related Regulations.
