Green Yard Debris Roll Cart Information and Instructions

Yard debris is picked up every other week on the same day as garbage and recycling. One green 60-gallon roll cart is included in your regular garbage service. Additional costs incurred for extra cans, bags, or bundles. Your green roll cart must be placed at the curb by 6 a.m. to signal the driver to stop for pickup.

Your rate includes the collection of a garbage and recycling company provided green roll cart on your yard debris collection day.

You will be charged $2.50 for each additional can or bag or bundle you put out for collection.

Your green yard debris roll cart

• Weight limit: 100 lbs.

• Do not pack cart tightly. Yard debris must fall out easily.

• Limbs must not poke above the lip of the cart since this can be very dangerous for drivers.

• Do not use your yard debris cart for garbage.

Collection schedule

Schedules that show yard debris collection dates are distributed by your garbage and recycling company. If you do not have a current schedule or are not sure about your pickup day or week, call your garbage and recycling company.  

Note: Due to the weight of yard debris and the cart strength required to contain it, the green roll carts are not available in a smaller size.
