Columbia Corridor Scoping Project

Welcome to the Columbia Corridor Scoping Project website for the City of Portland, Oregon.

Phase I of the Columbia Corridor scoping effort was completed in 2006 and included extensive stakeholder interviews. The report and support documents are still available.

Phase II, which included a focused review of the environmental regulations that affect properties in the corridor, is complete. The report includes an evaluation and recommendation of potential options to simplify and improve local regulations and options to meet Metro Titles 3 and 13 requirements. Revisions to city regulations will be accomplished through a subsequent project, timeline to be determined.
