This report includes an evaluation of how well the community design standards are working, with a focus on single- and multi-dwelling development. June 2009The Regulatory Improvement Program did not receive funding for the 2009/10 fiscal year. The program has not been eliminated, but there will not be a new RICAP until program funding is restored. In the meantime, we are still taking suggestions for future work through the RIR Database. RICAP 5 will be completed as planned. Other projects that improve the regulations and procedures of the City, such as the River Plan and the Citywide Tree Project, will also continue.
