Low Income Homebuyer Assistance RFP (Request for Proposal)

June 2008

The City of Portland, Bureau of Housing and Community Development is announcing a Low Income Homebuyer Assistance RFP of CDBG, city general funds and a limited amount of ADDI funds to assist low-income, first time potential homebuyers and to address the city's goal of closing the minority homeownership gap. (59% of non-Hispanic Whites in Portland are homeowners, but an average of only 34% of minorities own their own homes. The city's goal is to raise the minority homeownership level to that of non-Hispanic Whites.) Click here for applications and information.
