The Linnton subwatershed extends from the ridge of the West Hills near NW Skyline Boulevard to the Willamette River and includes the community of Linnton and parts of the northwest industrial area. It subwatershed includes 10 small streams flowing through Forest Park and in culverts that cross under Highway 30. The mostly wooded upper portions of the subwatershed retain some natural characteristics. The terrace along the river has been filled and developed, but in the past was probably a mix of wetlands and seasonal lakes.
