The Palatine subwatershed extends from the ridgeline east of the Tryon Creek watershed to the Willamette River and from just south of Powers Marine Park to just north of Lake Oswego. It contains most of the Dunthorpe neighborhood, and much of the subwatershed is outside of Portland’s city limits.
