Urban Renewal Areas

The eastern edge of the subwatershed is within the Lents Town Center Urban Renewal District. The Portland Development Commission’s (PDC) objective in this District is to assist in the implementation of community plans that will facilitate the emergence of the area as a regional town center (Portland Development Commission, 2001).
