The Fiske subwatershed extends from the residential neighborhoods within a few blocks of the top of Waud Bluff to the Willamette River between the railroad bridge and Swan Island lagoon. It includes part of the University of Portland campus, a small area of residential neighborhood, the face of the bluff, and vacant industrial land along the river.
