Other Overlay Zones

The scenic overlay zone applies to areas along the western portion of Sunset Boulevard, along all of Skyline Boulevard, and in some areas of the north central portion of the subwatershed. The design overlay zone applies to most of the eastern half of the subwatershed. In these areas, the design overlay zone is applied through the Central City Plan (see Plan Districts).
