Outside of the combined sewer system, stormwater conveyance in this subwatershed consists primarily of roadside ditches in the area generally west of the Oregon Zoo and a few segments of open stream channel along the edges of the canyon occupied by Highway 26. A project to separate storm flows in the Tanner basin, as well as some flows from along West Burnside, is currently underway as part of the CSO Program.
