Portland Parks & Recreation has begun trimming street trees in the Richmond Neighborhood as part of the SE Clay-Taylor Reconstruction and Green Street Project.
The tree trimming will allow better access for the large construction equipment required for this project and will reduce the possibility of tree damage.
