The Information Technology Advancement Program (ITAP) Permit and Case Management Information System Request For Proposals (RFP) is moving forward. ITAP is a multi-year project initiated in 2010 with the goal of providing the Bureau of Development Services (BDS) and its stakeholders, customers and the City of Portland the a paperless, web-based development review and code compliance process.

BDS is proposing to increase fees by 5% for most programs beginning July 1, 2012.

BDS submitted its fiscal year (FY) 2012-13 Requested Budget and 5-Year Financial Plan to the City’s Office of Management & Finance (OMF) on January 30th.
