BDS Budget Advisory Committee - Fiscal Year (FY) 2013-14
As part of the annual budget process, each City Bureaus forms a Budget Advisory Committees (BACs) that include management, labor, customers, and internal and external stakeholders. For the FY 2013-14 budget planning process, BDS has convened a BAC with representatives from the following groups:
The primary purpose of the BAC is to evaluate the bureau’s budget request in light of the City’s budget directions, the bureau’s financial resources, and customers’ needs. The BAC will meet several times during the budget preparation process (October 2012 - January 2013) and will submit recommendations to the BDS Director.
BAC meetings will be held in the 1900 Building, 1900 SW 4th Ave., and are open to the public. Currently, BAC meetings are scheduled for the following dates (all meetings are from 12:00 - 1:30pm):
