Doing Business with the City

The City of Portland Bureau of Purchases is responsible for public contracting. It has outreach and training programs aimed at assisting minority-owned, women-owned, and emerging small businesses (MWESB) interested in doing business with the city. Their assistance targets both construction and professional services businesses.
