The Marquam Hill Parking Review allows for parking within the institutionally developed portions of Marquam Hill in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of the Marquam Hill Plan. The regulations are addressed in the Marquam Hill Plan District in Section 33.555.280, as well as in Chapter 33.849, Marquam Hill Parking Review. A Pre-application conference is required for all Type III reviews.
Marquam Hill Parking Review Procedure The Marquam Hill Parking Review is processed either through a Type Ix or Type III procedure.

| North Cully Development Review |
| To ensure that certain large parcels in the Cully Neighborhood are developed in a cohesive manner, compatible with the neighborhood to the south. |

| Tree Review |
| Required to allow tree removal in some areas, to change tree preservation mitigation methods for a land division, or for some corrections to violations of tree protection and tree preservation regulations. |

| Zoning Changes |
| Required to change the zoning on the site if the proposed zoning is in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan designation. If a different zone is requested, a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment Review is also required. |
