When the last technical review is approved, your permit will be pre issued. You will be notified that your permit is ready, and of your final fee total. You may pick up your permit between 7:30 am-3:00 pm Monday- Friday at Permitting Services, located on the 2nd floor of the 1900 Building located at 1900 SW 4th Avenue, Portland, OR.
