A separate fee is charged for each type of land use review. The fee includes portions that are allocated to the Bureau of Development Services (BDS), the Portland Department of Transportation (PDOT), the Water Bureau, the Bureau of Environmental Services (BES), the Fire Bureau and the Hearings Officer.
Concurrent Review Fees
When more than one land use review is requested, full fees are charged for each additional review. However, the Water Bureau and the Bureau of Environmental Services each charge only the single most expensive fee for the concurrent reviews.
