(Portland, OR) Recognizing our business and community partners reliance on the services and resources we provide, the Bureau of Development Services wants you to be aware of the following Holiday closure dates.

 

Friday, December 24, 2010 (Christmas Day Holiday, Observed)

The Bureau of Development Services will be closed December 24, 2010 in observation of Christmas Day. 

 

December 27 through December 30, 2010 (Week between Christmas and New Year's)

The Development Services Center (1st Floor) and Permitting Services (2nd Floor) will be closed December 27th through 30th. (Please note the following: If you have been notified that your permit is ready to be issued and you wish to pick it up during this time period, please call 503.823.3622 for assistance. For large and complex projects that need assistance, Process Managers are available at 503.823.7452.)

 

Portland Bureau of Transportation parking permits (Temporary Use of the Public Right-of-Way) may be obtained from the Development Services Center (Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00AM to 3:00PM) during this period of time by calling 503.823.7365 for assistance.

 

All other Bureau of Development Services Offices will be open and requested daily inspections will be performed. 

 

Friday, December 31, 2010 (New Year's Day 2011 Holiday, Observed)

The Bureau of Development Services will be closed December 31, 2010 in observation of New Year's Day 2011.

 

Access to the Portland State University Underground Parking Garage located below the Development Services Center will be limited to only monthly parking pass holders during the following dates: December 18 through 26 and December 31 & January 1, 2011. There are three commercial surface parking lots within a block of the 1900 Building - one directly across SW 4th Ave. and two at the intersection of SW 4th Ave. & SW Harrison St. - as well as metered on-street parking.
