This year’s Urban League Annual Career Connections Fair was held for the first time at the World Trade Center outdoors under the Atrium. The fair was officially opened by the new President and CEO of the Urban League, Marcus H. Munday.

This was the bureau’s first participation in the Urban League Job fair. Our goal was to educate and inform the community and potential job seeking candidates about the Bureau of Development Services, its services and programs. Other City of Portland bureaus participating at the job fair were, Portland Parks and Recreation and the Water Bureau.
